Hello, I’m May Martin, a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and move without pain. As the author of Pilates for Back Conditions and a provider of accredited continuing education, I’m dedicated to helping both clients and instructors understand the body’s mechanics and discover how intelligent movement can transform daily life.
My approach is grounded in the knowledge I’ve gained through years of studying anatomy, kinesiology, and clinical Pilates, combined with the principles of classical Pilates.
